Absolutely loved my stay at Ranga Taana Resort! The room service was prompt and efficient, making our stay hassle-free. The buffet offered a variety of tasty dishes, but I'd recommend focusing more on local cuisine. Nestled amidst serene coffee estates, the resort offers a perfect blend of tranquility and adventure. Don't miss the guided trips to nearby waterfalls and hiking trails. A great escape into nature's lap!

We recently traveled to Ranga Taana, a charming destination nestled within a coffee estate. Accessible via a slight 400-meter ascent from the main road, it posed no issue for our sturdy vehicle, although during rainy weather, it could be a concern.The highlight of our stay undoubtedly lay in the resort itself, with its delightful staff and delectable cuisine, all eager to assist. The evening bonfire and picturesque sunset added to the relaxed ambiance.Areas for improvement are evident, particularly in power and hot water provision. Power outages were frequent, and reliance on a boiler for hot water meant morning without it were chilly and inconvenient. Establishing set timings for these amenities might alleviate such issues.Meal schedules were lax, with lunch often served after 2:15 and breakfast after 9:30, causing frustration for those preferring punctuality. However, the quality of the meals compensated for this inconvenience.Fitness level is crucial when considering a visit, as the resort offers limited activities, and nearby attractions like the waterfall are a considerable hike away. For less adventurous families, the resort’s seclusion might limit exploration options.While the rooms were aesthetically pleasing, they were basic, with worn blankets and linens. Bringing a sleeping bag for comfort is advisable, along with packing better-quality towels.Another thing to be mindful off is the network in the area. Only jio seems to work and at 2-4 Mbps speeds.Overall, Ranga Taana seems better suited for bachelor getaways than family vacations, and improvements in cleanliness are necessary for it to compete with more established resorts.

I along with 10 more people from my family booked Ranga taana for a day. We were told check in is from11 AM, so we reached the location by 11:30AM but we were asked to wait as the rooms were not ready. We for 1 room with 6 beds and 2 washrooms by 12:30 and got another room with 4 beds by 1:30. We were told the lunch would be served by 1:30, but it was starter well after 2 PM. They took more than 1.5 hours to arrange hot water for us to shower. We had asked for some snacks in evening during camp fire and it was served late and without any plates and spoons. We had ask everything multiple times and only then we got things done here. It was frustrating. The location is good and the waterfalls is very good. Rooms are also good. Management is horrible, the food was below average except for breakfast.

Awesome place with beautiful view of the lush coffee estate garden. Neat & clean rooms at affordable pricing.Special mention about the staff , they were too good, friendly and caring, happy to serve you anytime.Food was very tasty, just like home made food.Overall there was a positive vibe at the place.Thank you to the whole team of Rangataana resortWe will be visiting again for sure

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the rangataana Resort with my family and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is located in the heart of the mountains and offers breathtaking views from every angle.The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept like a baby every night. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with any request.But the real highlight of this resort is the water falls.
